Where you’d start
Start with a contract test comparing every field name the frontend posts against the Go struct receiving it. That one check would have caught a kiosk outage, a broken email signup, and a whole class of forms that return 200 while quietly discarding what you typed.
What you’d do
- Walk the journeys a patient walks, and write down precisely what breaks.
- Write automated browser tests with Playwright — we will teach you.
- Check that what the screen claims matches what reached the database.
- Build up a regression suite so the same bug cannot come back twice.
What we need from you
This is the real bar. If you meet it, please apply — we would rather teach the rest.
- Basic programming in any language — enough to read and edit a script.
- Patience and an eye for detail. Being mildly annoyed by broken things is a qualification here.
- Clear written English — a good bug report is the whole job.
Nice to have — genuinely optional
Not having these will not count against you.
- Any exposure to Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or Postman.
- Curiosity about how software quality gets measured at all.

Test automation with Playwright, how to write a bug report engineers thank you for, and how quality is maintained in a codebase that several apps depend on.

Being honest with you
We would rather you know this before applying than after joining.
- We are pre-launch and small. Some weeks are messy and priorities move.
- ₹5,000/month is a learning stipend, not a salary. Please weigh that honestly against your situation.
- We cannot promise a full-time offer at the end — that depends on funding. If it happens, you will hear it from us directly and early.
- You will need your own laptop and a workable internet connection.

What happens next

- A 20–30 minute call to talk through your interests and answer your questions.
