Health quizzes and self-checks
Five short, free quizzes about menstrual health, fertility, PCOS, pregnancy signs and contraception. They run entirely in your browser and none of them can diagnose anything.

None of these is a diagnosis
A quiz cannot examine you, order a test or know your history. At best it helps you put words to something so you can raise it with a clinician — and that is all any result here should be used for. If a symptom worries you, do not wait for a quiz to tell you it is serious.
If you are in a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.
Period Health Quiz
Eight questions on cycle length, flow, period care and what counts as typical. A knowledge quiz — it does not assess your cycle.
Fertility Awareness Quiz
Ten questions on ovulation, the fertile window and how conception works. A knowledge quiz — it cannot tell you where you are in your cycle.
Could I Be Pregnant?
Seven questions about your symptoms and cycle timing, returning a rough likelihood band. Only a test can confirm a pregnancy.
Birth Control Guide
Eight questions about your priorities and routine, suggesting methods worth reading about and raising with a clinician.
PCOS Awareness Quiz
Eight questions on what PCOS is, how common it is and how it is diagnosed. A knowledge quiz — it does not assess your symptoms.
Three different things, in one place
The five quizzes do not all do the same job. Knowing which kind you are taking changes how much weight the result deserves.
Knowledge quizzes
Period Health, Fertility Awareness and PCOS Awareness ask what you know, mark each answer right or wrong and explain why. Your score says something about the facts you have picked up — nothing about your body.
Symptom self-check
Could I Be Pregnant? asks about your symptoms and cycle timing and returns a rough likelihood band. Only a pregnancy test or a clinician can actually tell you.
Preference guide
Birth Control Guide asks what matters to you — effectiveness, convenience, side effects, future plans — and suggests methods to read about and discuss. It is not a prescription.
How it works
-
Pick a quiz
Each one opens on a page telling you how many questions there are, roughly how long it takes and what the result can and cannot tell you.
-
Answer at your own pace
One question at a time. On the knowledge quizzes you get the correct answer and a short explanation as you go.
-
Read the result as a starting point
You get a band, not a verdict, along with what would be worth reading next and when it is worth speaking to a clinician.
Where the questions come from
The questions and explanations are written from established medical guidance, with independent clinical review in progress. None of these quizzes uses a named clinical instrument, and we do not describe them as validated screening tools, because they are not.
Nothing you answer leaves your device
The quizzes run entirely in your browser. Answers are not sent to a server, not stored and not linked to you — closing the tab is enough to erase them. No signup, no email address.

Our calculators cover cycles, ovulation and due dates, and the condition guides go far deeper than a quiz can.
