Who is SHELY Store for?
Anyone in India shopping for health products — supplements, maternity and baby care, wellness essentials, home health devices and organic staples. It is also for sellers, who get a full storefront, catalogue and order-management console.
Is my data and payment secure?
Payments are processed through Razorpay, a regulated Indian payment gateway, so your card and UPI details are handled by them, not stored by us in plain text. We do not sell your personal data. A couple of payment paths are still being finished — gift-card purchase and EMI checkout are not live yet, so please use standard card, UPI or netbanking for now.
What is available right now?
SHELY Store is in beta with real end-to-end commerce: you can browse, add to cart, check out and pay through Razorpay, and sellers can list products and manage orders from the admin console. Gift cards and EMI are in development and not yet usable at checkout.
What about pricing and returns?
Prices are set per product by the seller and shown before you pay — there is no membership fee to browse or buy. Eligible products come with 7-day returns and a full refund; the product page tells you whether an item is returnable. Delivery speed and serviceable areas depend on the seller and your pincode.
Does it work in my language?
SHELY is built India-first and the experience is available in 10 Indian languages, so you can shop and read product information in a language you are comfortable with rather than only English.
