Is my data private and encrypted?
Privacy is the whole point of Vault. It’s designed to keep your records encrypted and visible only to you by default — we don’t sell personal data. Vault is still in development, so the exact security details are being finalised; we’ll publish them in full before you store anything real, and you can read our privacy policy today.
Who can access my records?
You — and only the people you explicitly choose. Vault is being built around consent-based sharing: you decide which records a specific doctor or family member can see, and you can revoke access at any time. No one gets blanket access to your history.
Can I export or delete my records?
Yes — that’s a core principle, not an afterthought. Vault is designed so you can download your complete health history anytime and delete records you no longer want. We store your data; we don’t own it, and there’s no lock-in.
Does it work in my language?
SHELY is built India-first and supports 10 Indian languages, so you and your family can use Vault in a language you’re comfortable with rather than only English.
Is this medical advice?
No. Vault helps you store, organise and share your own records and spot trends in plain language — it is not a diagnosis and not a substitute for a doctor. Always discuss your reports with a qualified clinician.
