When do paid plans begin?
Paid plans (Pro and Enterprise) are early-access while we roll out. Any prices shown are indicative and will be finalised at launch — we’ll tell you clearly before anything is charged.
Can I cancel?
Yes — you can cancel a paid plan at any time and keep using the free Care tier. See our cancellation policy for the full details.
What about refunds?
