A multi-layered approach combining AI and human oversight to keep our community safe.

Flagged content is reviewed by trained moderators within 2 hours. Complex cases are escalated to our medical advisory team.

When action is taken, affected users are notified with a clear explanation. Appeals are reviewed within 48 hours.

Zero Tolerance for Harassment

SHELY maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against harassment of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to:

Targeted attacks, bullying, or intimidation of any community member
Hate speech based on gender, sexuality, caste, religion, disability, or ethnicity
Doxxing, stalking, or sharing personal information without consent
Sexual harassment, unsolicited advances, or sharing explicit content
Threats of violence, self-harm encouragement, or dangerous challenges

Violations result in immediate suspension, permanent bans for severe cases, and cooperation with law enforcement when necessary.
