Who is SHELY Manage for?
It is the admin console for the people who run a healthcare organisation on SHELY — hospital and clinic administrators, IT and compliance teams. It’s where you set up users, assign roles and permissions, review audit logs and watch system health, rather than something patients or clinicians use day to day.
Is tenant, clinician and PHI data private and secure?
That is the whole point of the product. It is being designed around role-based access control so each person sees only what their role allows, with an immutable audit trail of every action. We are building toward Indian healthcare data norms and will be transparent about what is certified versus in progress — we won’t overstate it.
What will it integrate with — HIS and ABDM/NDHM?
Manage is the control plane for the wider SHELY ecosystem (Care, Lab, Hospital, Vault and more), and the roadmap targets interoperability with existing HIS/EMR systems and India’s ABDM/NDHM rails. Bring your specific stack to a demo and we’ll tell you honestly where it sits on the plan.
