SHELY Health Private Limited (CIN U86909TN2025PTC186774) is an India-first women's and family Health OS, incorporated in 2025 and based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Built around the idea that one woman's health touches her whole family, SHELY is bringing care, records, and trusted health information into a single, connected, privacy-first ecosystem — designed for India and rolling out in 10 Indian languages. SHELY is currently pre-launch, with its conditions library, health tools, and apps in active development. Tagline: "For women, for family."

- 2024
The spark
The idea takes shape: India deserves a health platform built around women and their families — in their own languages, with privacy by default. The vision for a single, connected Health OS begins.
- 2025
Incorporated in Chennai
SHELY Health Private Limited is registered in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (CIN U86909TN2025PTC186774), giving the mission a legal home and a registered office in Maduravoyal.
- 2026
Building the platform
Active development of the ecosystem: a 13-app suite (Care, One, Doctor and more), a growing conditions library, health tools, and the Varsity content library — with apps moving into beta and early access opening up.
