Who is SHELY Rx for?
It's built for pharmacies and chemist shops in India — single counters and small chains who want their dispensing queue, batch-level inventory and drug-interaction checks in one place instead of a register and a spreadsheet.
Is patient and prescription data private and secure?
Yes — privacy is built in, not bolted on. Prescription and patient details are access-controlled, staff access is configurable, and we don't sell personal data. We'll document our security practices clearly before your counter goes live.
What does it integrate with?
Rx is designed to connect across the SHELY platform — receiving digital prescriptions from the Doctor app and linking to Lab and Vault. Wider integrations with billing or supplier systems are on the roadmap; tell us what you already use and we'll prioritise honestly.
Is it available now?
Dispensing and inventory — including FEFO batch and expiry tracking and interaction checks — are the real, working core we're focused on first and are in active development. Features like automated patient refill reminders and live third-party integrations are coming, not live yet. Request early access and we'll bring you in as things stabilise.
How is it priced?
Pricing is still in formation. We'd rather shape it with the pharmacies who use it than guess. Talk to us about your counter and volumes, and we'll be upfront — no surprise charges, no lock-in.
