SHELY has not launched. So some of this you can use in the next minute with no account, some of it needs one, and some of it is not built yet. Here is which is which.
Pick your starting point
SHELY Care is open for sign-up and free for patients: cycle and symptom logging, predictions, and a health profile you control. It is in beta, so expect rough edges. If you would rather not hand over an email yet, the cycle length and ovulation calculators need nothing at all.
The week-by-week guide runs the full 42 weeks and asks for nothing. Neither does the due date calculator. When you want a pregnancy tracked and saved rather than just read about, that part lives in SHELY Care.
SHELY One keeps vitals, medicines and records for everyone you look after under a single login. Also in beta, also free to open.
Registration for SHELY Doctor is open: a three-step form you fill in yourself. Read what the clinical side does today before you commit to it. Clinician pricing is early-access and indicative, and gets fixed at launch.
Honest answer: not with one click. SHELY Hospital, Lab and Rx have working sign-in pages, but all three are still listed as in development and hospital access is handed out by an administrator rather than opened by you. Tell us your setup and we will say where the build actually is.

Not on the App Store, not on Google Play. The browser app is the product that works today; you can add it to your home screen and it opens like an app. Mobile builds are a plan, not something you can install.
