Saheli Paper Period Tracker

One page. One cycle. No app required.

Print one sheet per cycle. Fill a row each day — even the days with nothing to note. After two or three cycles your pattern becomes easy to read.

How to use it

  • Flow: 0 = none, 1 = spotting, 2 = light, 3 = medium, 4 = heavy.
  • Cramps / energy: rate 0 (none) to 3 (strong).
  • Circle "Day 1" on the first day of real bleeding — that starts your cycle count.

  • Cycle length (Day 1 to the day before your next Day 1): ______ days
