Saheli Paper Period Tracker
One page. One cycle. No app required.
Print one sheet per cycle. Fill a row each day — even the days with nothing to note. After two or three cycles your pattern becomes easy to read.
How to use it
- Flow: 0 = none, 1 = spotting, 2 = light, 3 = medium, 4 = heavy.
- Cramps / energy: rate 0 (none) to 3 (strong).
- Circle "Day 1" on the first day of real bleeding — that starts your cycle count.
Daily log — one full cycle
| Date | Cycle day | Flow 0–4 | Cramps 0–3 | Mood | Energy 0–3 | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Cycle summary

A typical cycle runs 21–35 days and bleeding lasts 2–7 days. If yours is regularly outside that, or a period soaks a pad an hour for several hours, save this sheet and show a clinician.
