Using the SHELY app

Honest answers about accounts, your data, languages, offline use, and getting access while we are still in early access.

Can I download the SHELY app right now?

SHELY is in early access, so we are not yet listed on the app stores for everyone. The most reliable way to get in is to join the waitlist. As we open up access in waves, we email people on the list with a way to start. We would rather invite people gradually and get it right than promise a public download that is not live yet.

How do I join the waitlist or get early access?

Sign up through our site and we will add you to the early-access list. We onboard in batches based on region and capacity, so there can be a wait. If you have a specific need or timeline, mention it via the contact form and we will be honest about where things stand.

How do I create or manage my account?

Once you have access, you create an account with your email. You can update your profile and details from within the app. If you are stuck before you have access, email support@shely.health and we will help.

What happens to my health data and privacy?

Your health information is yours. We collect what is needed to provide the features you use and we do not sell your personal data. Because we are pre-launch, some data controls are still being built out, so if you have a specific privacy question we have not answered, ask us directly rather than assuming. Our Privacy Policy has the current details.

Can I export or delete my data?

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support@shely.health. Self-service export and deletion controls inside the app are on our roadmap and not all of them are live yet, so for now the contact route is the dependable one.

What languages does SHELY support?

We are building SHELY to work across multiple Indian languages, and the set of fully translated languages is still growing. Some areas of the product are more complete than others. If a language you need is missing or rough, telling us helps us prioritise it.

Does SHELY work offline?

SHELY is primarily an online experience today. Robust offline support is something we want for India's real connectivity, but it is not fully in place yet, so do not rely on full offline use right now. We will say so clearly when that changes.

Something is broken or behaving oddly. What do I do?

Early access means you may hit rough edges, and reports genuinely help. Send what you saw, on which device, to support@shely.health or via the contact form. We read every report, though we are a small team so we cannot promise an instant fix or a guaranteed response time.
